GIFT CARDS

Congratulations! You have received a gift card. You can enter the voucher code you received by email in the order process:

This is how you use your credit:

  • Choose the item of your choice and place in your shopping cart
  • Go to your shopping cart and choose Checkout
  • Enter the voucher code in the order overview and choose apply.

On desktop you will find the order overview on the right side, on mobile you choose Show order overview.

With the credit of your gift card you can pay for your order, or part of it. If you do not have enough credit, you can pay the remainder with one of our payment methods.

Good to know:

  • The voucher code always consists of 16 characters and is a combination of numbers and letters, e.g. 173X 2676 4B44 M5TX
  • The voucher code is activated immediately after payment and is only sent by e-mail.
  • You can enter multiple voucher codes per order
  • You can use the credit for sale items or to pay shipping costs.
  • You cannot use the gift card to purchase another gift card
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
PLEASE NOTE: The voucher code will be sent by e-mail to the person who ordered and paid for the code, and unfortunately cannot (yet) be sent directly to the recipient.
Do you not want to forward the gift voucher, but rather print it out to give as a gift? Please indicate this clearly in the comments field and we will manually send you a printable PDF.
Have you lost the code? The code is not stored in our system. We can resend the code to the person who ordered the gift card.

My code doesn't work

The voucher code of a gift card is valid indefinitely. As long as there is still credit on it. If you have received a voucher after contacting our customer service, an expiration date may apply.
  • Does your code consist of 16 characters? The sequence is not case or space sensitive.
  • Make sure you don't confuse the numbers 0/1 with the letters O/I.
  • Copy and paste the code to avoid typos
If you are sure that the voucher is valid for your order, but it still doesn't work, please contact us.

What happens to my credit if I return or cancel

When you cancel or return your order, you will always be refunded to the payment method you used to pay for your order. If you paid with a gift voucher, you can use the code again. NB; this is only possible after you have received a message by e-mail that your return or cancellation has been approved and will be refunded.

How do I check the balance of my credit

Because the voucher codes are not stored in our system for security reasons, you can only check the credit in the checkout process. Enter the code and choose 'Apply'. It is of course not necessary to place an order immediately.
